Pak delegation to attend business leaders conclave in India

LAHORE :  A 60-member private sector traders delegation will attend a 2-day “ 5th SAARC Business Leaders Conclave” in New Delhi,India on January 17. The Pak delegation headed by Vice President, SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry,(SCCI) Pak chapter and veteran trade leader Iftikhar Ali Malik will participate actively in the conclave on “ The Sout integration”.    SCCI sources told APP here today that after establishing its credentials as DAVOS of South Asia, the Business Leaders Conclave is the most prestigious private sector initiative in South Asia supported by all national chambers of commerce and industries from SAARC member countries.
   Leading policy makers from private and public sectors besides important delegates in addition to union ministers concerned will also address on the occasion.
   The conclave to be chaired by SCCI President Vikramjit Singh Sahney will also be participated in by Senior Vice President and Vice Presidents of SCCI.
   The Pakistan delegation headed by Iftikhar Ali Malik will also have one-to-one interaction with their counterparts for the promotion of trade and exploring the investment avenues in different sector among member countries.
The conclave is being organised in collaboration with Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry,Ministry of Commerce and Industry,India, in partnership with Friedrich
Naumann Stifung Fur die Freiheit.
