OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE - Pak Gen Power Limited is going to be listed on Lahore Stock Exchange as well as Karachi Stock Exchange through Offer for Sale of Shares to general public by majority shareholders of the Company. The present offer consists of 37,208,000 ordinary shares i.e. 10 percent of the total paid up shares capital of the Company at an offer price of Rs 9 per share (inclusive of premium of Rs 9 per share). The principal activities of the Company are to own, operate and maintain an oil fired power station with an installed capacity of 365MW in Mehmood Kot-Muzaffargardh, Punjab. It is to be noted that the management of Pak Gen Power Limited is giving a presentation for Offer for Sale of Shares of the Pak Gen Power Limited on Tuesday (today) at Lahore Stock Exchange.
