No shortage of petroleum products, says Ministry

ISLAMABAD - The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources on Friday said that all petroleum products are available in the open market as per normal routine.
The Ministry in its clarification statement said that an erroneous impression is being created among the masses through different sections of print and electronic media regarding shortage of Petroleum products and suspension of gas supply to CNG stations in Punjab. Such news is misleading and contrary to the facts. It is part of the normal routine and has no linkage with any political activity.
It is further clari never issued any orders to keep the petrol pumps and CNG stations closed as reported in the media.
