Ras Al Khaimah Trade Zone to organise road show

OUR STAFF REPORTER LAHORE - Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone (RAK FTZ) is organizing a two-day road show to attract Pakistani businessmen, entrepreneurs and investors to benefit from the business opportunities available at RAK FTZ and expand their business in the region. The road show will be held on 23rd and 24th November at Pearl Continental Hotel in which potential investors will be briefed about investment options at RAK FTZ through which Pakistani entrepreneurs targeting emerging markets can set up offices in the UAE. RAK FTZ representatives will be present to explain the convenient set-up solutions and licences options the free zone has to offer for various types of businesses. Oussama El Omari, RAK FTZ CEO in his recent statement said that so far, as many as 469 investors have registered with the free zone from Pakistan and the number of investors is still increasing from around the globe. El Omari said that further reinforcing its impressive success in 2011, RAK FTZ registered 413 new companies in the third quarter of 2011. This represents a significant increase of 38.6% over the same period last year, when 298 new companies registered.
