Karachi : Pakistan’s Junaid Esmail Makda has been elected as General Council Member of ICC World Chambers Federation (WCF).  According to a communiqué, over 1200 chambers from more than 125 countries were called to vote and elect their 20 preferred chamber leaders from a total of 46 candidates to serve on the WCF General Council (2014-16). Peter Mihok, Chair, ICC World Chambers Federation, while extending congratulations to Junaid Esmail Makda on his appointment, said that ICC WCF is looking forward to Junaid Makda’s support in representing the voice of the global chamber community within the ICC.
KCCI Office Bearers and BMG Leadership, while extending felicitations to Junaid Esmail Makda, said that this is yet another addition in the array of KCCI’s success, being the largest and viable platform of Pakistani business community.
Junaid Esmail Makda said that trade and investment enhancement, seeking joint ventures with various countries and promoting the positive image of Pakistan would be amongst his key priorities while discharging his services as Member ICC WCF.
