LAHORE (PPI) - Anjuman-e-Tajran Badami Bagh has demanded the government to provide them a proper place for the parking of their vehicles. They strongly criticized the rude behavior of the Masti Gate area Police, urging the IG Punjab and CCPO to take action against it otherwise traders would call a shutter down strike. In a Press Statement issued here on Thursday, Anjuman-e-Tajran Badami Bagh President Waqar Ahmad Mian said that traders of Badami park their vehicles in front of their shops due to unavailability of parking place. But instead of providing them a site for this purpose their vehicles are often lifted or got punctured by the area police. He said that if government provides them parking place, no trader would place its car on the road. Waqar Ahmad Mian said that SHO Masti Gate has directed his subordinates to perforate all vehicles. He said that traders of Badami Bagh and their customers were much disturbed due to this action. All traders of Badami Bagh unanimously urged IG Punjab Tariq Salim Dogar and CCPO Pervez Rathor to take the action.
