KARACHI - The SBP has extended the deadline by one month for submission of claims under the Export Finance Mark-up Rate Facility and Mark-up Rate Support for textile sector exporters who have availed long-term loans. According to a Circular (SMEFD Circular Letter No. 6) issued Monday, the deadline for submission of claims under the two schemes has been extended to May 21, 2010. Previously, the SBP had set the deadline of April 23, 2010. Other instructions on the schemes will remain unchanged, the circular added.
