ISLAMABAD - Pakistan State Oil (PSO) Tuesday clarified that the company would strictly follow the laid down policy and procedures governing the supply related contracts irrespective of the background of the suppliers. In a clarification note, PSO said, The company tracks the contractual obligations diligently and any deviations are dealt with strictly as per the laid down policies of companys business engagement policy adding that with regards to the failure of FAL Oil to meet its contractual obligations, PSO assured its stakeholders that all deviations would be responded strictly as per the companys policy and procedures. Further, the company has maintained that in case of FAL Oil, PSO is currently reviewing the case and the decision will be the sole prerogative of the Management Committee.
