A LUXURY palace reported to belong to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin - complete with helicopter pad, spa and casino - has been bought by Russian tycoon Alexander Ponomarenko, the daily Kommersant reported Thursday. The complex, on the Black Sea coast, is still under construction, measures around 750,000 square meters, and was first uncovered by the Ruleaks website - the Russian equivalent of the whistleblower website WikiLeaks - last year. There have been accusations from opponents of Putin that the multi-million dollar complex, dubbed 'Putins Palace, is linked to bribery and corruption. Russian businessman Sergei Kolesnikov, who lives in the United States, has written an open letter to President Dmitry Medvedev, demanding he take action over any possible abuse of office in connection with the construction site. However, Putins spokesman denied any connection with the building. M&C
