Megan previously admitted the pregnancy was “rough in the beginning!” “I’ve had rough first trimesters,” she told Us Weekly. “But once you get into the second, it’s fine after that.” Fox and Green welcomed their first child, son Noah Shannon, on Sept. 27, 2012. Megan then discussed the differences between her first and second pregnancies. “I don’t have time to think about it. I have a 1-year-old running around.
