LOS ANGELES: Hollywood star Colin Farrell heated up a cold evening at the London premiere of his film A New York Winter’s Tale. The 37-year-old stars in the fantasy romance alongside former Downton Abbey actress Jessica Brown Findlay, who joined him on the red carpet at Kensington’s Odeon. Farrell, who appeared in action films Total Recall and In Bruges, explained why he had chosen the role. “I hadn’t done it before and I just loved the script - it was so unabashedly romantic and sentimental and I hadn’t read anything ever that wore its heart on its sleeve with such pride as this film did,” he said.–BN
