Justin Bieber will have to sit for a new deposition in his photographer assault case.
According to TMZ, a judge has ordered that the 20-year-old singer will be interrogated again after refusing to answer questions about on-off girlfriend Selena Gomez and displaying bad behaviour during his initial session.
Court documents state that Bieber will be interrogated by the same lawyer who appeared to anger the Baby hitmaker back in March.
A video of the deposition was posted by TMZ, showing Bieber refusing to answer questions about Gomez - specifically whether he had discussed with her his feelings about the paparazzi.
The singer was seen putting his head in his hands and saying: ‘Don’t ask me about her again. Don’t ask me about her again,’ repeatedly.
He then was seen ripping his microphone off before storming out with his attorney in tow. But the judge’s new order says that Bieber ‘will have to answer questions he refused to answer last time,’ according to the website. And in even more bad news for the troubled star, the second deposition will be videotaped again.
The Believe hitmaker is being sued by Jeffrey Binion, who claims one of the star’s minders choked him and stole his camera equipment in June 2013. It has been claimed Justin ordered his bodyguard to seize Jeffrey’s memory card after he tried to snap a candid picture of the teen heartthrob leaving a recording studio.
Rather than take the allegations seriously, Justin was rude and arrogant towards the paparazzo’s lawyer, winked at the camera recording the deposition and at one stage, pretended to fall asleep, in videos obtained by TMZ.
The star rocked from side-to-side on his chair in a non-plussed fashion, while telling the photographer’s lawyer, ‘I don’t have to listen to anything you have to say.’
In a series of barbed responses Bieber allegedly said: ‘What is this, 60 Minutes?’ and later: ‘I don’t know Katie Couric, you tell me?’
Later, the lawyer said, ‘Do you know an individual by the name of Usher?’ Justin replied sarcastically : ‘Yes, Usher, that sounds familiar.’
