Johnny Depp’s teenage daughter has been cast alongside him in a film. Lily-Rose Depp, the Hollywood’s heartthrob’s 15-year-old daughter with ex Vanessa Paradis, has bagged a lead role in director Kevin Smith’s film Yoga Hosers.
Kevin has also cast his own 15-year-old daughter, Harley Quinn Smith, in the comic book film and she will be playing Lily-Rose’s co-lead, according to The Hollywood Reporter’s Heat Vision blog. Both girls previously appeared in Kevin’s film Tusks, and Yoga Hosers is a spin off from that. The action adventure follows two yoga fans played by Lil-Rose and Harley - both named Colleen - who have after school jobs at a shop. The Hollywood Reporter said of the plot: ‘When an ancient evil rises from beneath Canada’s crust and threatens their big invitation to a Grade 12 party, the Colleens join forces with a legendary man-hunter from Montreal named Guy Lapointe (Johnny) to fight for their lives.’
