Amys death report 'sent to wrong address

A report into the death of Amy Winehouse may have been sent to a complete stranger, the Metropolitan Police has confirmed. The file, thought to outline the circumstances of how the singer died, was meant to be dispatched to the stars family. But Scotland Yard said it may have been delivered to an incorrect address last Friday. That evening, the material was handed in to a police station in north London. Winehouse, 27, was found dead at her home, in Camden, north London, on 23 July. A Scotland Yard spokesman said: Police were informed that material relating to a forthcoming inquest may have been delivered to an incorrect address. Inquiries are now under way to establish the full circumstances of this matter. BBC
