ESSEX (DS)A secondary school has been banned from serving triangular-shaped flapjacks after a pupil was accidentally hit in the face with one last week. Castle View School in Canvey Island, Essex has told its kitchen staff that they can only serve the oat bars into squares or rectangles, after a child in Year 7 suffered minor eye injuries during a food fight.”During lunchtime, a boy was injured by a triangular flapjack that was thrown across the canteen,” a source said.
