MOSCOW- A senior Iranian official today said that Tehran had no plans to send troops to Iraq but that it could provide Baghdad with arms if asked to do so in the "fight against terrorism".
Deputy Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian also said during a visit to Moscow that events in Iraq were following a plan by the United States to turn the country into a "second Ukraine".
