Angry over Railways decision to withdraw the stoppage of a few trains in Bihars Khusrpur station, protestors on Monday torched two trains in Khusrpur and Fathua and ransacked the Khusrpur station uprooting rail lines under Danapur division. In the first incident protestors targeted the Shramjeevi Express in Khusrpur and torched two bogies of the train. Deputy Superintendent of Government Railway Police (Patna East) Rajendra Singh said hundreds of people from nearby villages torched the train and stormed the Khusrupur railway station this morning, ransacked the station and burnt it down. In a similar incident, angry commuters in Fathua, near Patna railway station, came on the tracks in the morning and forced the Danapur-Jainagar Intercity Express to a stop, they then asked all passengers to disembark before setting some coaches on fire.
