75 countries call for an end to human rights abuse in Indian Kashmir

Istanbul- Over 200 representatives from 75 countries have passed a unanimous resolution demanding the right to self-determination for the people of Kashmir as per relevant United Nations (UN) resolutions.
The resolution was passed on the occasion of an international conference organized by a Turkish NGO Economic and Social Researches Center in Istanbul. The resolution was moved by Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir, Abdul Rashid Turabi. He is also convener of All Parties Kashmir Coordination Council. The resolution called for an end to unabated human rights violations perpetrated by Indian troops in Jammu Kashmir.
