Chairman US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey said there are terrorist safe-havens in Pakistan, report said. The US general further said that the Nato attack in Mohamand Agency was not deliberate. Dempsey added that the US had achieved its military targets in Afghanistan and was considering asking its allies to do more.
