Heavy rains in Indian state of Andhra Pradesh have killed 40 people, leaving thousands of people homeless on Monday.According to media reports, during the last week most people had died in the southern state of Andhra Pradesh when their houses collapsed.According to authorities, 37,000 people have been moved to safe places.Every year thousands of people die because of heavy rains, leaving thousands homeless.
