ISLAMABAD (APP)-ICT administration has set up a sasta bazaar in sector G-7/2 opposite to Khyber Plaza for provision of food items to the citizens at cheaper rates during the month of Ramazan. Sasta bazaar will be functional on the 1st of Ramazan. The Bazaar has been set up in co-operation with wholesale dealers of fruit and vegetables, flourmills associations, Pakistan poultry association, Dal Ghee mills associations and meat sellers associations.   Over 40 stalls of different food commodities have been set up in sasta bazaar. Fruit and vegetables would be sold at wholesale rate in the sasta bazaar.   Mutton will be available at Rs 250 per kg and beef would be available at Rs 110 per kg in sasta bazaar. Gram pulse would be available at Rs 55 per kg in sasta bazaar and Basin at Rs 61 per kg in sasta bazaar.  Similarly ACP ghee would be available at Rs 115 per kg while 20kg flour bag will be available at Rs 300.    Meanwhile, ICT administration has also set up 35 fair price shops in city and rural areas for providing relief to the citizens. The shops will be functional from the 1st of Ramazan.   Food items would be available at 10 per cent to 15 per cent reduced rates.
