Registrar office Supreme Court (SC) has returned with objections chairman NAB Fasih Bokhari review petition against court’s verdict on nullification of his appointment.
The copies of the decisions which were cited in the petition were not attached by the petitioner. Copy of detailed judgement of SC was also not attached with the application.
Review petition was filed by Sardar Latif Khosa, counsel for Fasih Bokhari.
