Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani's convoy came under attack in Rawalpindi here on Wednesday. According to Prime Minister house, two bullets were fired at the vehicle of prime minister. However, the prime minister escaped the assassination attempt. It may be recalled that the premier was returning to Islamabad from Lahore visit. His motorcade was attacked near the airport. Talking to media after the incident, Federal Information Minister Sherry Rehman said that prime minister was safe and present at the PM House.
