Hospital CT scan machine repair demanded




RAWALPINDI - Health facility is one of the basic necessities of life but residents of Rawalpindi are deprived of adequate service as CT Scan machine of District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital Rawalpindi is dysfunctional for more than one week, putting the patients in trouble.The situation has forced the wealthier patients to have their CT scan from private laboratories at higher cost, while poor patients are waiting for repairing of the machine in desperation.When contacted, hospital administration told INP that repairing of the CT scan machine was underway and would be completed soon. Residents of the city appealed to Chief Minister Punjab Mian Shahbaz Sharif to take notice of the situation and order early repair of the machine.
