ISLAMABAD - A 3-day conference of Pakistani envoys stationed in the Middle Eastern countries has begun on Sunday at Foreign Office in Islamabad.
The conference will overview gamut of Pakistan relations with Middle Eastern countries especially discuss situation in Syria.
Special consultations will also take place during the conference on cooperation between Pakistan, Iran and Turkey.
Envoys will also deliberate on the avenues to further strengthening Pakistan's ties with Middle East, especially in trade, investment and energy sectors.
A large Pakistani community lives in the Gulf States and the conference will discuss measures to facilitate them in the light of the government policy of supporting overseas Pakistanis.
