ISLAMABAD - Islamabad police have started a survey in all jurisdictions of its police stations with the purpose to get firsthand information about the tenants and others citizens residing in rural and urban areas of the capital.
This survey is being conducted following the special directions of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan. A spokesman of the police said that police officials had been directed for extensive efforts to make this exercise successful and effective and complete the assigned task within a week positively.
During the initial stage of the survey, Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) police have already registered a total of 1720 property dealers so far and particulars of tenants would be also taken from them.
Police have also appealed to the citizens and tenants of capital to cooperate with the special police teams assigned the task of survey and submit their correct data, so that security of citizens and Islamabad could be ensured.
