Supreme Court (SC) has taken up an application against the potential sacking of Army Chief Kayani and the ISI Chief Pasha as maintainable, report said on Tuesday. A three-judge SC bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the petition concerning the objections leveled by the Registrar regarding the potential dismissal of Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani and Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Lieutenant General Ahmed Shuja Pasha from their offices.
