Drug smuggling is in full swing in Tench Bhatta and putting the lives of youngsters on stake while the police is playing role of silence spectator. The residents of Tench Bhatta complained that drug, Chars and Heroin smuggling is in full swing in the area. The peddlers are roaming freely in RA Bazar and alluring the youngsters towards menace of drug. The residents said that menace of drugs is ruining the bright future of the youngsters. The residents said that usually Christians are involved in the menace. The residents said that they have complained to police several times but the police is taking no step against them. The residents have demanded of RPO to take action against peddlers and clean the area from menace of drugs.
