ISLAMABAD - Pakistan National Council of the Arts (PNCA) has decided to hold its national exhibition of calligraphy in the month of Ramazan. The national exhibition of calligraphy is a regular feature of PNCA aimed at providing a platform and opportunity for both the young and master calligraphists to showcase their fresh works.Calligraphists from across Pakistan are invited to participate in the exhibition. The showcase is organised in Ramazan as a tribute to the holy month. Besides entertaining the art lovers, the exhibition is a means to display the emerging trends in the field.
Muslims have special feelings of ownership with this form of art and love to project and promote calligraphy with their sole refreshing thoughts.
The exhibition is scheduled in the last week of Ramadan. Participants are required to send at least two of their fresh works with description of their title, medium, size, price, and CV.
The entries must reach until July 10 to the Visual Art Division of PNCA at National Art Gallery.
