ISLAMABAD - The country’s first-ever media manual for the journalists covering environment issues and climate change will be launched by Senate sub-committee on environment on Monday (today) here at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS).
This was announced by Convener of the committee, Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed, while discussing the role of media in promoting the cause of climate change in the country.
Officers of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration, ministry of climate change and CDA will also testify the environmental conditions in the federal capital and there would be statements by parliamentarians and representatives of civil society.
