A case was registered against former president General (R) Pervez Musharraf here Tuesday charging him of keeping Chief Justice of Pakistan and other judges of superior courts in illegal house arrest, report said. The case was registered in Secretariat Police Station under section 344 on the directives of local session court, sources added.
