ISLAMABAD - The Federal Ministry of Interior has established a complaint cell to address the grievances of the general public regarding corruption, maltreatment and delay in discharge of routine official work against the officials of the interior ministry and its attached departments.
The interior ministry in an official statement issued on Wednesday said that the complaint cell had been established in the ministry of interior on the directions of Interior Minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan.
The complaint cell has been activated to address the grievances of the general public, if any.
The complainant can register its complaint at the 24-hour helpline 051-2270786.
