Supreme Court Friday expressed dissatisfaction over a ministry of law summary about implementation of the NRO verdict of the apex court. The court ordered the ministry to prepare a new summary for opening the money laundering and Swiss cases, a private TV reported. A five judges bench of Supreme Court comprising ofJustice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed, Justice Jawwad S. Khawaja, Justice Tariq Pervez Khan and Justice Rehmat Hussain Jafferi hearing the NRO implementation case. The Attorney General today submitted a summary in the court sent by the ministry of law to the Prime Minister about implementation of the NRO verdict of the apex court. The court expressed dissatisfaction over the summary. The court issued orders to the ministry of law for preparation of a new summary about reopening of the money laundering and Swiss cases.
