ISLAMABAD - The Capital Police have arrested eight accused, including three women involved in theft and street crimes and recovered stolen property worth rupees 74,000, including one motorcycle. According to detail, Margalla Police have arrested three accused women namely Sardaraan Bibi, Samina and Nasreen and recovered stolen amount of Rs 3,500. Sabzi Mandi police have arrested three accused namely Asim Ali, Muhammad Irshad and Umer Farooq and recovered snatched money Rs 900. Anti-car Lifting Cell arrested two accused namely Ajmin Khan and Saeed Umer and recovered stolen motorcycle No-MN-825 amounting Rs 71,000 from them. Separate cases have been registered against the accused and further investigation is under way. The SSP, Captain (Retd) Ahmad Latif has appreciated the performance of police officials and directed them to further enhance their performance.
