The Federal Cabinet on Wednesday did not approve the new Hajj policy for Year 2010 despite its presence on the agenda as the meeting dispatched the policy to the Ministry of Law for further review, report said. The cabinet, met with Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani in chair, was scheduled to approve the policy today after holding formal discussion on it as per meeting's agenda. However, the policy was dispatched to the Law Ministry seeking its comments on some legal issues after few ministers pointed out flaws in the policy. The cabinet will now take up the Hajj Policy in its next meeting.
