RAWALPINDI - Allah Almighty bestowed the humanity with His countless blessings and one of them is mother who takes care of her child in all weathers from his birth to her last breath without expecting anything in return.
Generally people come across various forms of relationships in the life like father-son, husband-wife, brother-sister but the most dearest and hearty bond is of a mother and a child. According to a Hadith, someone asked Hazrat Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH) “Who has the greater right over children - the mother or the father?.” The answer was that the mother’s right is greater than the father. The question was repeated for four times, out of which reply remained unchanged for three times, while the fourth time was said that the father’s right is next.
In Islam, mother’s obedience and respect is a very important duty and it is similar to performing other religious obligations like Salat (Namaz) and keeping fast. There is a Hadith of Hazrat Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him (PBUH) that your heaven lies under the feet of your mother.
The bond of mother and child is purest and holy. A warm and affectionate touch of mother will give you immense pleasure and you will feel as you are in paradise, no matter what is your age.
A mother sacrifices her comfort and sleep to provide comfort to her children, which is impossible to be returned even after spending the whole life in her service.
The relationship of mother and child carries deep emotions and feelings and it is always nurtured by love, affection and care. Mother is the one who gives birth to a child, brought him up, support him when he needs someone, guide him in taking right decisions, always stands behind him in his thick and thin, suffers a lot of pain from the time of birth of a child till he becomes adult but never expects anything in exchange.
Whenever you feel sad and tense, she will embrace you and all your worries will vanish. The most respectful and adorable person on this earth is mother. Even if you will argue with her, show your anger; she will forgive you for everything with a gentle smile on her face and without thinking for a second.
There is no relationship better than this bond as there is no ego, no fears, no harsh feelings but the feeling of unconditional love and affection.
Today people are very busy in their lives that they hardly find time for their mother, they do not even remember the things she has done for them to make their life smooth and comfortable. A person should always remember the efforts made by mother for his betterment and should give utmost respect and care to her, as she really deserves it.
He should let her mother know what she means to him and she will be the happiest person on this whole world.
