As many as 18 people including four women have been killed while 10 others injured as a passenger coach plunges in River Skardu today. According to police, the coach was heading towards Haramosh from Gilgit when it fell into the river while negotiating a sharp turn. Resultantly, 18 people including five women were killed while 10 others got injured. The injured were shifted to Gilgit Hospital while efforts are underway to fish out the bodies from the river.
