ISLAMABAD- Lack of medical facilities in Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) hospital for emergency and other wards have forced the patients to buy costly medicines from private medical stores.  Hospitals has the generator service but because of load shedding,  patients are not facilitated for x-ray service, people have to wait for hours.
