Shahbaz invites Maulana Fazl to join upcoming government

Victorious Pakistan Muslim League (N) leader Shahbaz Sharif and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman vowed to support each other to bring peace and prosperity in the country.
Talking to media persons after hours long meeting and a luxurious luncheon here, both emphasized the establishment of peace in the country as the core issue.
Shahbaz Sharif said his party has got simple majority to form government in center and Punjab while forming government with other parties in Balochistan but the leadership of PML-N wants to take every party onboard to drag the country out of all crisis and challenges.
Former CM Punjab said terrorism, slipping economy and corruption were the major challenges the country facing today added that all political forces should join hands to bring Pakistan towards peace, prosperity and transpancy.
He said his meeting with Maulana was fruitful and he invited JUI-F to join them in forming government in Centre and Balochistan.
To a query regarding PTI rigging allegations and sit-in, Sharif said caretaker CM Najam Sethi had taken the strictest steps to avoid rigging and there was no reason to believe these allegations as when EU-observers had said that May 11 election were 90 percent fair and 10 percent rigging happened outside of Punjab.
Ex-CM said his party accepted and respect the mandate given by KP people to Imran Khan's party adding that PML-N allows and support PTI to form their government in the province.
To a query on controversial statement of MQM chief, Sharif said he wished that these kinds of remarks should not have been given; he said the nation was shocked over Altaf Hussain's statement.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman, on occasion, welcoming Shahbaz Sharif''s invitation for joining upcoming government said that the central executive committee of his party   would decide the next strategy.
Maulana said he did not accept PTI mandate in KP adding that a fake mandate was given to Imran Khan in the province.
JUI-F chief said the meeting of central executive committee of his party has been called immediately which would decide their participation in government.
Meanwhile independent newly elected MNA from FATA Nazir Khan announced to join PMl_N.
