Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif doesn’t have time to hold meeting with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister, saying that Pervez Khattak had been trying to get an appointment for past two months.Referring to the rumours about peace talks, Imran Khan questioned as to how the dialogue was failed before even starting? The Taliban had been vowing that they will hold talks if drone strikes were halted, he added.Imran Khan said Prime Minister Nawaz should call All Parties Conference (APC) to discuss the matter of Taliban. He also asked Nawaz Sharif as to why the dialogue with Taliban couldn’t be so far initiated, adding that all political parties okayed government to hold talks.He cleared the KPK’s govt stance and said that the provincial government was not authorized nor can go ahead with process.The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman also accused the PML-N-led government of fixing the match over Taliban.Commenting on the resignation of ex-NADRA chief, Imran said Tariq Malik resigned under government’s pressure, he also announced to move court against the appointment of new NADRA chief, demanding the incumbent Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo motu notice over the matter.Reacting to today’s report of WHO over polio virus in Peshawar, Imran confirmed that a massive campaign was due to start against the virus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.PTI chief also reiterated to hold fair and transparent elections in the country.He further said the his party accepted Nawaz Sharif’s government and their victory in elections but wanted finger print verification in four constituencies which was hindered by removing NADRA Chief and he was looking towards Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo moto action against the illegal act.Imran categorically announced that he and his party will show its street power if these demands were not met this time. He said that now PTI will stand up to make the system fair and declared these protests the government ‘dead’.
