The government issued on Tuesday notifications about restoration of all deposed judges, including Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry. Addressing a news conference, Secretary Law Justice Agha Rafiq announced that Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has been restored as Chief Justice of Pakistan on Pre-Nov 3 position.
