ISLAMABAD- The National Assembly today resumed discussion on the prevailing political situation in the country.
Maulana Jamaluddin called upon the protesting parties not to use women and children as shield and stressed upon the need to work together during this turmoil.
Obaidullah Shadikhel proposed that a strategy should be devised to tackle the situation.
Abdul Rashid Godil appreciated the government for allowing the protesters to enter the Red Zone.
Sher Akbar Khan called for a stop to these sit-ins, claiming that such actions caused a billion rupees loss to the country. He requested the Supreme Court to take notice of the unlawful activities in the Red Zone.
Ejaz Hussain Jakhrani urged the PTI chairman Imran Khan to reasonably justify his demands. He also stressed upon the need to promote politics of reconciliation for strengthening democracy in the country.
