The Economic Coordination Committee has approved four new rental power projects and the cabinet will give final approval of these projects, federal power minister here said. Federal Minister for Water and Power Raja Pervez Ashraf was speaking at a press briefing after a meeting of the ECC. The Ministry of Water and Power gave a detailed briefing in the ECC meeting, the minister said. The meeting also discussed the steps taken to resolve the sugar crisis and commissions report on cartelization of auto industry, cement, sugar and milk. The meeting also review the economic situation of the country.
