Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Tahir Rafique Butt has said that operational readiness is the hallmark of Pakistan Air Force (PAF).
He expressed these views while visiting an operational air base of southern air command on Saturday.
He was presented guard of honour by a smartly turned out contingent of PAF upon his arrival at the Base.
The visit was undertaken with a purpose to assess the operational assets and facilities at the various Squadrons and installations at the Base.
“We must remain focused and make dedicated efforts as a team to keep the Pakistan Air Force in high state of operational readiness,” he highlighted.
The Air Chief emphasized that Allah Almighty rewards those, both in this life and in the life hereafter, who make sincere efforts for the betterment and glory of their motherland.
Earlier, the Air Chief was received by Base Commander Air Commodore Usaid-Ur-Rehman.
