RAWALPINDIFour girls and a boy were kidnapped from various areas of the city here on Wednesday. As per details, a complainant Natiq Mehmood resident of Madina Town informed the New Town police stating that three accused had kidnapped his daughter Qurratulain a student of 10th class. He informed that his daughter was a student of Govt Girls High School F Block and used to go to New Kattarian in her examination centre. Some days ago, he left her daughter at the examination centre in the morning and went there at 11.30 am to take back Qurratulain but failed to find her. He personally tried to search her at various places but could not succeed. However, he received a tip-off two days ago that three accused Faisal, Noor and Ghulam Muhammad had abducted her girl. Police have registered a case against the accused under section 365-B with the Police Station (PS) New Town and started investigations to track down the culprits. Similarly, Zafar Mehmood lodged an FIR No327 with the PS Civil Lines stating that the accused Shakeel and Surria had kidnapped his daughter Nazia Nosheen (23). During the inspection of home, they found gold ornaments and Rs 10,000 missing. Police registered the case under section 365-B against the accused. Another complainant Jehanzaib told Civil Lines police that an accused Irfan had abducted Aamna (16) daughter of his uncle Shamshurehman. He informed the police that his cousin Aamna came to his house from Karachi some ten days ago. She along with her friend Shugafta went to Zia Park situated near Adiala Road where Irfan resident of Charsada met her. He alleged that Irfan lured his cousin and kidnapped her in the presence of Shugafta. In another incident, two accused kidnapped two teenager brother and sister after forcibly entering the house in the limits of PS Airport. The complainant Noor Rehman resident of Rehmatabad told the police that accused Sabir and Talib Hussain forcibly entered in his house on gunpoint and abducted his nephew Saifurehman (14) and niece Abbabil (16). Police registered an FIR No. 316 under section 365-B and 452 against both the culprits and started investigations.
