On a point of order in the National Assembly‚ Interior Minister Rehman Malik said that there is no quota for arms licenses after the Sindh High Court judgment.
He said a Smart Card was introduced by the Interior Ministry in lieu of old license book. He said in order to cater to large number of pending licenses a second shift has been started in the NADRA offices to facilitate the public.
