CPO Rawalpindi Muhammad Wisal Fakhar Sultan has directed all the SHOs of Rawalpindi city to hear public complaints for two hours on routine basis. According to details CPO Rawalpindi Muhammad Wisal Fakhar Sultan issued directives to all the SHOs of Police stations in the city to separate their two hours daily to listen to public complaints and in this connection CPO office also issued notices to all the police stations, While CPO Rawalpindi also listened to 30 public complaints in his office the other day and issued immediate directives on the complaints to concerned police officials and also sought explanations from twenty three police officials on poor investigations by taking notice on public complaints.
