President Asif Ali Zardari will pay visit to the United States next month (September), where he would address the UN General Assembly’s session. As per media reports, President Zardari would leave for New York on September 22 to participate in UN General Assembly session. On the last day of the session, the situation of polio in Pakistan would be reviewed. The President during his speech would inform the UNGA regarding the measures taken by Pakistan for the eradication of polio. Talks would be held between President Zardari and the Chairman, Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation, Bill Gates to discuss the Polio elimination efforts of Pakistan. It is pertinent to mention here that Bill and Malinda Gates Foundation are providing aid to Pakistan in millions dollars for eradication of Polio.
