ISLAMABAD - The government is determined to work for the development and prosperity of the country and its people according to the vision of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
This was stated by Parliamentary Secretary for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage, Barrister Mohsin Ranjha, while inaugurating a two-day photographic exhibition in connection with the birthday celebrations of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
The exhibition was organised by National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa) in collaboration with Directorate of Electronic Media and Publications (DEMP).
While paying rich tribute to the nation’s leader he said, “Our youth have a great potential and I advise them to make the country prosperous by adopting teachings of Quaid in letter% and spirit. Our younger generation needs to work hard by following the footsteps of the Quaid.”
“We will have to work hard to make Pakistan a stronger and prosperous country while following the Quaid’s philosophy ‘work, work and more work’ which is a beacon of light in this regard,” he said.
He said it is the time to avoid political scoring and to keep the national interest supreme at all levels.
A total of 200 black and white photographs were displayed in the exhibition and struggle for freedom of Muslims were truly reflected in the photos.

Shahera Shahid were also present on the occasion. The parliamentary secretary also appreciated the efforts of Lok Virsa and DEMP for organising the exhibition in such of professional manner. He said it would go a long way in creating awareness among the masses, in particular youth about the achievements of the national leader.
