PNCA arranges Mefil-e-Milad




ISLAMABAD - The Pakistan National Council of the Arts, Ministry of National Heritage & Integration, organised Mehfil-e-Milad for women here on Tuesday to coincide with the holy month of Rabi-ul Awwal.
Renowned Naat Khawan and scholar women spoke on “Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) and presented Naat and Darood-o-Salam. Dr Kamran Kanwal highlighted the significance of the holy month and said that the entire life of Holy Prophet (PUBH) is a beacon and worthy of emulation as His personality is characterized by attributes of sympathy, generosity, bravery, mercifulness and hospitality which brought about a social and spiritual revolution in the world.
Director General Tauqeer Nasir said that the PNCA keeping its traditions alive had organized a programmer to mark the holy month of Rabi-ul-Awwal and involve the people to seek blessings and peace of mankind.
